hepacom.org is operated by the FUNDACI\u00d3N HECHOS PARA LA COMUNIDAD, NIT 900.841.914-1, a non-profit organization (ESAL S0001780) under the Special Tax Regime, with its registered office in Itag\u00fc\u00ed (Antioquia). Its purpose is the construction of decent housing for vulnerable families in Colombia. Use of this site implies acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n
Donations are voluntary and altruistic; they do not entail any commercial benefit or ownership stake in the organization and are used exclusively for its social purpose. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store complete payment information. By their nature, donations are non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable error (contabilidad@hepacom.org).<\/p>\n
As an entity under the Special Tax Regime, Hepacom issues a donation certificate to any donor who requests it. This certificate is signed by the legal representative and the accountant or auditor, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 125 and Article 257 of the Tax Code. This certificate may qualify the donor for a tax deduction on their income tax, subject to the terms and percentages established by current law. The Foundation does not provide tax advice to donors.<\/p>\n
