The statement says that "reconstruction will begin under the Miracle Housing program," in conjunction with Camacol to identify completed Social Interest Housing projects ready for immediate delivery, improvements for houses with repairable damage, and a special component for rural families.<\/p>\n

Until August 24, no statement from the Ministry used the expression "Casa Milagro" (Miracle House). It appeared for the first time on September 9, as My Miracle House<\/strong>, in the list of six housing programs for the four-year period<\/a> The minister presented the form to the Senate plenary session with a single line of description and no requirements, amounts, or dates. We mention this because much of the internet continues to publish requirements and dates that no entity issued, and that's where the fake forms originate.<\/p>\n

What are the requirements for Casa Milagro?<\/h2>\n

There are currently no published requirements. Neither the Ministry of Housing nor the Presidency has issued any regulations establishing Sisb\u00e9n scores, income limits, subsidy amounts, or property ownership requirements for the Mi Casa Milagro or Vivienda Milagro programs. The only defined requirement is the order: first, a house-by-house technical assessment, and then the aid is allocated based on that assessment. Among the powers granted is the authority to lift, with the force of law, the limitations of Laws 3 of 1991 and 2079 of 2021: that the The Family Housing Subsidy is received only once in a lifetime<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In real life, that means a family that had already received a subsidy and lost their home in the earthquake could be eligible for one again. Are registrations for Casa Milagro open yet?<\/h2>\n

No. As of September 15, 2026, there is no platform, form, or registration window for Mi Casa Milagro or Vivienda Milagro. It cannot be applied for online or via WhatsApp. Applications are submitted through the local registry and a technical assessment. These steps depend on your family's current situation and apply to all three phases.<\/p>\n

  2. Make sure that the technical visit to your home was recorded, with the result of whether it is habitable, repairable or not recoverable.<\/li>\n
  3. I gathered the property documents: deed, promise of sale, proof of good possession or service receipts.<\/li>\n
  4. If you're paying rent off the books, keep the receipts. The rental assistance program is administered by the UNGRD based on the needs identified by the regional governments, with an allocated budget of one hundred billion pesos.<\/li>\n
