We are the Hepacom Foundation: a Colombian non-profit organization that builds decent housing for the country's most vulnerable families. Our name says it all: HEchos PAfor the COMunit.
Our mission
We give back the roof to those who cannot do it alone
In the Facts for the Community Foundation (Hepacom) We build, rebuild and improve decent housing for families who cannot do it alone: elderly people in precarious situations, single mothers, people with disabilities and impoverished households living under leaky roofs with no means to repair them.
We don't hand out speeches, we hand out shelter. We give our all.the material, the work, the technical advice and the support— and we don't let go of the family until the house is standing, in Itagüí and in any corner of Colombia where it is needed.
And because a dignified life isn't just four walls, we sow self-sustaining gardens that provide work and food to the farmer, we carry sport so that the boys don't get lost on the streets, and we open doors to the health for those who have the least.
Where are we going?
A Colombia where no one has to choose between eating and fixing the roof
For 2030 We want to be the leading foundation for decent housing in Antioquia and in the country —recognized not for what we promise, but for the houses we deliver, the families we support, and the transparency with which we account for every penny. A foundation that the State, companies and international cooperation choose as an ally because they see results on the ground, not on paper.

Our name is our method: we do things the way we think them. We measure our work in homes delivered, not in speeches.
Dignity comes first
Every family is treated with respect. Decent housing is not charity: it is a right that we help to make a reality.
Transparency, peso for peso
We publish our legal documents and progress updates for each project. Donors know exactly how their contribution has been used.
We accompany, we do not attend
We don't just show up, deliver, and disappear. We walk alongside the family before, during, and after the performance.
Without distinctions
We help because of the need, never because of a person's creed, race, origin, or condition.
How we were born
From a group of neighbors who refused to stand idly by, to a foundation that builds houses throughout Colombia.
Hepacom was born in Itagüí, Antioquia, from the desire of a group of people to help families in their community. What began with donation drives and sports activities became our core mission: building decent housing. Today, we carry out that mission in communities across different regions of the country.

Our headquarters are in Itagüí, Antioquia, but our mission has no borders: we bring decent housing, donations, sports and support to neighborhoods and rural areas where it is most needed, in different regions of the country.
